NOTE:

  1. SPRAY WATER CONTROL VALVE SHOULD BE LOCATED AS CLOSE TO THE DESUPERHEATER AS POSSIBLE.
  2. TEMP SENSOR SHOULD BE INSERTED SUCH THAT IT IS EXPOSED TO
    STEAM FLOW TO OBTAIN AN EVEN TEMPERATURE CONTROL.
  3. IN CASE REQUIRED STRAIGHT DISTANCE AFTER THE DESUPERHEATER
    IS NOT AVAILABLE AS INDICATED, CONSULT OFFICE.
  4. PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE SENSORS SHOULD BE LOCATED
    AS CLOSE TO POINT OF USAGE AS POSSIBLE, BUT BEFORE STEAM DISTRIBUTION.
  5. BLRF FLANGE INDICATED AT CATCH POCKET SHOULD BE OPENED FOR CLEANING OF WELDING BITS, PIPE MUCK AND DIRT DURING SHUTDOWN.
