M/s Gokul Industries Limited endorses M/s Mazda Limited for its Smart Rod system installed in Blue Star chillers (+225 TR). Earlier, frequent scaling required chemical descaling every 45 days, causing downtime and high costs. The Smart Rod system eliminated these issues through effective bio-fouling and corrosion control. Chemical usage reduced by 95%, saving around INR 85,000 annually. It has run maintenance-free for over 11 months. Its success has led to installation across all heat exchangers.
