The Steam Jet Air Ejector System operates on the principle of converting pressure energy of steam into velocity energy through a nozzle. This high-velocity steam entrains the air or gas present in the system and passes it through a diffuser, where the velocity energy is reconverted to pressure energy. The result is a vacuum condition inside the process equipment. Single or multiple stages can be used depending on the vacuum level required, and the system is often paired with surface condensers for optimal performance.
