How It Works
Use Cases

The feed enters the ATFD and is distributed as a thin film over the heated surface by a high-speed rotor with specialized blades. The thin film promotes rapid heat transfer, causing water or solvents to evaporate quickly. Vapors are removed through a vacuum system, while the concentrated solids are continuously discharged in dry form.
