Mazda’s High Energy Venturi Scrubbers are advanced air pollution control systems designed to capture fine dust particles, fumes, and gases with unmatched efficiency. Utilizing the energy of a high-velocity gas stream, these scrubbers atomize liquid into ultra-fine droplets that effectively trap sub-micron particles through turbulence and impact. Available in fixed, variable, or manually adjustable throat configurations, they adapt easily to both steady and fluctuating gas flows. Built with durable materials such as fiberglass, steel, stainless steel, Incoloy, or rubber-lined construction, they provide reliable operation even under corrosive and high-temperature conditions.
