Feed Water Heaters

Reliable and Efficient Heat Transfer Solutions for Power Generation
LP HEATER

Product Details

Mazda Feed Water Heaters are designed to maximize the efficiency and reliability of the power generation cycle. Engineered in strict compliance with HEI Standards, TEMA, and ASME Section VIII Code, each heater is crafted with advanced thermal-hydraulic analysis and robust mechanical design. These heaters are available in both High Pressure (HP) and Low Pressure (LP) configurations, tailored to suit diverse plant requirements.

With design flexibility for vertical or horizontal installation, Mazda heaters ensure seamless integration into new or existing power plants, delivering superior reliability and performance under demanding conditions.

Advantages

  • Enhanced water-steam cycle efficiency through optimized heat recovery.
  • Custom-designed for condensing, desuperheating, and sub-cooling zones.
  • Extended service life with durability proven in rigorous operating conditions.
  • Flexible installation options (vertical/horizontal) for diverse plant layouts.
  • Designed to handle extreme superheat, abnormal flow conditions, and high energy fluid dissipation.
  • Lower operating costs and reduced downtime with highly reliable performance.

Mazda Feed Water Heaters utilize turbine extraction steam to preheat boiler feedwater across multiple zones. The condensing zone recovers latent heat, the desuperheating zone manages steam temperature, and the drain cooler zone maximizes energy recovery. This multi-zone configuration ensures optimum heat transfer efficiency, resulting in fuel savings and reduced emissions.
