Mazda Feed Water Heaters are designed to maximize the efficiency and reliability of the power generation cycle. Engineered in strict compliance with HEI Standards, TEMA, and ASME Section VIII Code, each heater is crafted with advanced thermal-hydraulic analysis and robust mechanical design. These heaters are available in both High Pressure (HP) and Low Pressure (LP) configurations, tailored to suit diverse plant requirements.

Mazda Feed Water Heaters utilize turbine extraction steam to preheat boiler feedwater across multiple zones. The condensing zone recovers latent heat, the desuperheating zone manages steam temperature, and the drain cooler zone maximizes energy recovery. This multi-zone configuration ensures optimum heat transfer efficiency, resulting in fuel savings and reduced emissions.
