Mazda’s Smart Rod System is a pioneering, non-chemical solution designed to prevent scale build-up and biological fouling in water systems. By applying high-pulsating DC voltage, it boosts the ‘Zeta Potential’ of colloidal particles, causing them to repel each other and stay suspended — rather than forming deposits on surfaces. Ideal for cooling towers, chillers, RO membranes, and more, the Smart Rod ensures uninterrupted operation, reduces water and chemical usage, and eliminates the need for frequent cleaning cycles.
