Product Overview
Mazda’s Solvent Stripping Unit is designed to deliver reliable and high-performance solvent removal from industrial wastewater streams. By combining advanced steam stripping with vacuum distillation, the system ensures high-purity solvent recovery, reduced waste, and lower operating costs. Built with precision engineering, it supports industries aiming for operational excellence and eco-friendly production.
The system uses a shell-and-tube heat exchanger type reboiler to preheat wastewater, which is then processed in a packed tower equipped with an effective droplet separator. Solvents are separated through vacuum distillation and rectified in the condenser, ensuring precise recovery. A specially designed vacuum pump maintains stable conditions for efficient operation.
